Established in 1998 and located in Shanghai, we are a professional manufacturer of casting products. Located in Qingpu, Shanghai City, we are close to Yangshan Harbor, which is one of China′s main export docks.
Our main products are machine parts, auto parts, water pumps, pipe connect parts, starter front covers, electrical machine parts and other related products. 70% of our products sell well in the USA, Japan, France, Germany, Italy, Taiwan area and other countries and regions. Our customers include German KSB, YAMAHA, American marathon and Taiwan Kasuga. In September 2004, we obtained ISO9001: 2000 quality system certification. We have over 10 years′ experience in this market, and have built up good relationships with customers from around the world.
Main equipment: One 10T/n resin sand casting production line, two 2500kg middle frequency furnaces, two 500kg middle frequency furnaces, coating sand production line and core shooter production line. At the same time, we have cleaning equipment and a whole test system, can analyse chemical and test mechanical properties.
We have 230 employees including 35 senior technicians and management staff members, 55 molders and 35 metalworkers. Our company has four departments: Production department, technology department, management department and market department.
